• A discussion activity to consider the reasons why Germany had experienced difficulties leading up to the Golden Years.

• An activity to study an interpretation about the Golden Years and analyse the viewpoint.

• A colour-coding activity to consider the changes which took place in Germany in this time and categorising them.

• An activity to study an alternate view of the Golden Years from a historian.

• An activity to consider changes to the lives of women and  workers, with positives and negatives.

• Powerpoint slides that show the cultural changes Germany went through, showing a stark difference from the 'old Germany' and the 'new' one.

• A final discussion of why these changes were able to take place, and for students to finish this on their worksheets.
